It is meeting this liability.<\/p>\n<p>Open and check the products which you think might be damaged during the shipment with the employee who you take the delivery from. If there is any damage, do not accept the delivery and make the shipping company take the minutes. Do not forget that you accept the shipping company fulfilled their duty completely, after you take the delivery. Return of the used and ravaged and suchlike products can not be accepted.The customer is responsible for returning the product as it is delivered to him\/her and if it is used, the loss of commercial value of the product shall be reimbursed by the customer.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Cancellation_Return_and_Replacement_Policy\"><\/span><strong>2. Cancellation, Return and Replacement Policy<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>2.1<\/strong> Replacement Policy<\/p>\n<p>14 days replacement warranty: You could deliver the products with the invoice that you ask for replacement to the contracted courier company.<\/p>\n<p>Return and replacement of the products whose original package is damaged, used or ruined is not accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Replacement Without the Invoice is not Accepted<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2<\/strong> Return Policy<\/p>\n<p>14 days return policy: You could return the products within 14 days after the delivery of the product by filling out the return and replacement form. Return processes is taken care by E-trade unit.<\/p>\n<p>Return Warranty: You could return the products you have purchased in case they are not used and they are resaleable. The logos and the labels of the products should not be damaged; and all other properties of the product should be returned with the product.<\/p>\n<p>If you return the products in 14 days with Havex Courier, the return charges will be compensated by Pixl Clinic. The return request after the 14 days of delivery, can not be accepted as returns and the courier charges arised after that period are not compensated by Pixl Clinic<\/p>\n<p>Returns without the Invoice is not Accepted<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2.1<\/strong> Refund Procedure of Return Requests<\/p>\n<p>If you return the products in 14 days with Aras Kargo courier, the return charges will be compensated by Natural Hair Turkey. The return request after the 14 days of delivery, can not be accepted as returns and the courier charges arised after that period are not compensated by Pixl Clinic.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as the products of your order, that you would like to return is received by Pixl Clinic that meets the returnable good conditions, the refund will take place in 14 days to your Credit Card and the provision code will be sent to your e-mail address. You could see the refund on your receipt along with the Provision Code according to your agreement with your bank. For the amount that does not take place in your receipt, you could contact with your bank with your provision code.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.3<\/strong> Return Policy<\/p>\n<p>Since your order will be processed and the delivery processes will start in 4 hours after the order is placed, you could cancel your order within 4 hours after the order is placed. The orders which are already invoiced and delivery to the courier is processed, can not be canceled.
